School Age Rates 2024 (fees are based on # of weeks in the school year minus school vacations). The fee remains the same every month.

*The monthly daily fee is based on one day of attendance per week. If your child will be attending more than one day, please multiply the fee by the number of days
your child will be attending.
Full and ½ day attendance
We will offer a full and ½ day program when we have three or more families that commit prior billing for the upcoming month.
Full time attendance ⅘ days before and after
-Full day $45 additional
-Half Days $25
Part Time Attendance
-Full day $50
-Half day $30
Full days when not regularly attending $55.00
Payment
Billing is done one week prior to the upcoming month for the upcoming month.
Payment Deadlines
Tuition is due in full on the 1st of each month. To ensure operational expenses are met on time, please adhere to the following schedule:
Standard Due Date: The 1st of the month.
Weekends & Holidays: If the 1st falls on a weekend or a bank holiday, payment is due by the close of business on the preceding Friday.
Alternative: If your child does not attend on Fridays, payment must be received on the last day of your child's attendance prior to the 1st. Payment not made in this way will be subject to a late fee of $5 per day.
There will be no refunds given.
Payment can be made by cash or check payable to Actual Natural Kids.
There will be a $35 return check fee
Late pickup beginning at 5:30 will result in a $5 late fee, $5 will be added for every 5 minutes thereafter and paid directly to the staff.
2) Holidays: We will be closed Christmas, New Years, Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day. If we have two or less families for Good Friday or Black Friday we reserve the right to close also. We will close the week prior to Labor Day and reserve the right to close the week between Christmas and New Year’s and feb break if we have three families or less
Discipline
We reserve the right to dismiss any child immediately for violence including threats against a staff or another child
For other behaviors, the parent and child will be given a verbal warning, a written warning and then immediately dismissed. Parents will be asked to pick up the child immediately.
Sickness
Children will not be able to attend with a fever of 101 or higher, diarrhea or rash of unknown origin or uncontrolled cough or persistent runny nose lasting more than one day. If a child is covid positive they may not return without a Doctor’s note.
We will follow the Churchville Elementary protocol for Covid.
