Program Options & Tuition
Our program serves 3- and 4-year-olds (must be 3 by 12/31) and runs for approximately 33 weeks (September 16 – June 4). Rates are based on 6 to 9 hours of instruction per week.
Class Times: * Morning Session: 9:15 AM – 12:14 PM (Classes are just about 3 hours long)
Afternoon Session (Tues/Thurs only): 12:30 PM – 3:29 PM
Registration & Payments
Registration Fee: A $75 non-refundable fee is due upon enrollment. An annual re-registration fee applies for subsequent years.
Payment Methods: We accept Cash, Checks (payable to Actual Natural Kids), or Venmo (a 1.9% + $0.10 fee applies to Venmo transactions).
Due Dates: Tuition is due in full on the 1st of each month.
If the 1st falls on a weekend or bank holiday, payment is due by the close of business on the preceding Thursday.
Late Fees: * Tuition: A $5 per day late fee applies to overdue payments.
Pick-up: A $10 fee applies for repeated late pick-ups.
Returned Checks: A $30 fee applies for all non-sufficient funds (NSF) checks.

School Policies
Illness Policy
To protect the health of all students and staff, children showing signs of illness may not attend. If a child becomes ill during school, parents will be called for immediate pick-up. Children must be symptom-free for at least 24 hours (without the use of fever-reducing medication) before returning.
Note: No refunds or credits are issued for days missed due to illness or absence.
Discipline Policy
We maintain a safe environment for all.
Immediate Dismissal: Any child who displays violence or makes threats against staff or other children may be dismissed immediately.
General Behavior: For other behavioral issues, we follow a three-step process: (1) Verbal warning, (2) Written warning, and (3) Immediate dismissal. In these cases, parents will be asked to pick up their child immediately.
Documentation
A copy of your child’s updated immunization records must be provided upon enrollment.
